To meet the growing demand for orders from both domestic and international markets and to further enhance production capacity and quality control standards, our company has recently completed a comprehensive upgrade of its intelligent production line for infrared night-vision equipment, which has now officially entered operation. The new line focuses on the standardized assembly, precision calibration, and comprehensive testing of thermal imaging and high-definition night-vision cameras. By automating production workflows and digitizing quality inspection processes, the line significantly boosts production efficiency and product yield rates.
Equipped with high-precision automated assembly machinery, intelligent calibration systems, and multi-dimensional performance testing equipment, the upgraded line enables fully automated processing—including infrared module bonding, lens focusing and calibration, image quality verification, and battery endurance stress testing. Compared to traditional lines, this new facility delivers a 40% increase in production capacity and raises the product yield rate to 99.8%. It is capable of rapidly fulfilling large-scale, standardized orders while also accommodating the development and production of customized equipment, thereby balancing mass-production efficiency with the need for product personalization.
The production manager noted that this upgrade marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey toward scaled and standardized operations. Backed by a robust production system and rigorous quality control protocols, the company can consistently deliver high-quality thermal imaging and night-vision products while effectively shortening order delivery times. Moving forward, the company will continue to advance intelligent manufacturing upgrades and optimize its supply chain, leveraging high production capacity and superior quality to empower partnerships with domestic and international clients and further expand its market presence.
Intelligent production lines have fully commenced operation, facilitating the efficient delivery of night-vision thermal imaging equipment.
